By registering for, accessing, or using SEOProxy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use SEOProxy on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

SEOProxy provides Polish 4G/5G mobile and residential proxies intended for SEO use cases such as SERP scraping, rank tracking, Google Maps monitoring, and AI Overview monitoring. Features, capacity, and available locations may change as we improve the service.

You agree not to use the service for any illegal activity, network intrusion or unauthorized access, spam, fraud, or infringement of others' rights. You are responsible for respecting the terms of search engines and target sites where doing so is legally required, and for complying with all laws applicable to your use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate use that we reasonably believe violates these rules.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly through in-app support if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share credentials or resell access except as expressly permitted.

The service is offered on a subscription or plan basis and may include a trial. Pricing and plan details are described on the service. Fees, where charged, are billed for the applicable period in general terms; specific checkout and payment steps are described at the point of purchase.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not provide an absolute uptime guarantee. The service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be affected by maintenance, upstream networks, or factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOProxy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the period giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the service and other users. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
