SEOProxy operates the proxy service available at seoproxy.io, providing Polish 4G/5G mobile and residential proxies for SEO work. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data for visitors and account holders. Last updated: June 2026.

We collect the minimum needed to run an account: your email address and a hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text). When you pay, billing details are handled by our payment processors — we receive confirmation of payment and a limited record for invoicing, not your full card data. We also keep minimal technical logs (such as request timestamps, error events, and aggregate usage counts) to keep the service running and secure.

We do not log the content of your proxy traffic. The destinations you connect to and the data you move through the proxies are not recorded by us as part of normal operation.

We use this data to create and secure your account, authenticate you, provide and maintain the proxy service, process payments and prevent abuse, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases: performance of a contract (to provide the service you signed up for), our legitimate interests (securing the service, preventing fraud and abuse, and basic analytics), legal obligation (tax and accounting records), and consent where specifically requested.

We use only essential cookies — primarily a session cookie that keeps you signed in and protects against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.

We share data only with the processors needed to operate: our payment processors for billing and our hosting and infrastructure providers. These parties act under contract and may only process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymize personal data, except records we must retain for legal and accounting purposes (for example, invoices) for the period required by law.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. To exercise any right, contact us through in-app support.

We protect accounts with hashed passwords, encrypted transport, access controls, and minimal data retention. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the data we hold limited and protected.
